With only being a total of 3 days in the results are rather promising to be honest. There is this very subtle peace that is radiating in and out of me. An anxiety that I thought was only something that effected those whom were convinced they have it now is something that I truly believe to be at the consequence of the over consumption of media or information. This ability for a social media algorithms to serve a constant drip feed of information is nothing short of an dream for a master manipulator. Lucky for me the vale has been lifted and as a result I am having daily screen times of 10 to 20 minutes. It got so bad at one point I was truly doom scrolling and flicking between YT videos only after 5 to minutes of watching. Calling it the attention span of a three year old would be an insult. If there's anything you get out of this let this be it. Consuming 1000's of different pieces of information through a tiny screen for months on end does make you depressed and anxious. Even if you do a bunch of different things to combat it it's just not a natural function of the human psyche to attempt to process this kind of blasting, large amounts of energy are A) used and B) given away while stuck in this cycle.
If you attempt to do an internet fast you must be strict, really test yourself. Going completely cold on all social medias, including YouTube, Rumble etc, internet browsing, MSM, any form of news, and even Netflix can be fun. If you watch a few movies don't sweat remember that a movie is 1-3 hours long. Put your phone into grey-scale, clear all browsing history, data, cookies etc delete the apps X, IG, Reddit, Snap, whatever, and the games if you have them unless it's a cool one. Music. I recommend downloading a playlist offline are finding some .mp3 files for a iPod or whatever. And let the boredom quickly set in. Also cut through all your emails finding what is actually necessary for you life to continue be it work, business, personal stuff, but avoid the input of others peoples perspectives into your mind. This is the whole point of this exercise, limit input only to what's actually going on in the real world and what you interact with. Obviously you'll want to use banking, maps, translators or other tools that the phone can be useful for, but these are not particularly stimulating. This can also be a great time to get uber organised with your emails and see what's coming you way.
Like I said only 3 days in but overall with my mind being far less dispersed my thought power is becoming greatly more powerful. My manifestation power is almost super charged. Things that I think about quickly materialise and this is awesome. I feel like my powers are coming back. There is also this subtle joy that seems to follow me around everywhere I go, it's nice. Do I ever just wanna know what's happening in crypto, elite world control power games, or a influencer that I like ?? Sure I think about it for a second. Then I realise they are much like me just living life doing things, being someone. If I have a moment of boredom does the desire to scroll on twitter present itself, Yes. If unconsciousness comes in then I unlock a grey phone with no interesting apps on it. I still have messenger apps so I can still use a phone as intended. That's it though it forces you to face boredom and then choose where to place your attention. For many this is scary and people don't even know where to begin and become somewhat paralysed. But honestly I have seen many phone screens in my day and they are a easy and horrible distraction for them. Make your phone boring. Use it less, make your computer boring use it wisely and purposefully. Good day to you, your soul longs for you to become in tune with the wonderful life at your finger tips.
